Hi Lowell and Kaye! Full-timers as well, we enjoy your articles in Family Motor Coaching Magazine! An interesting skunk experience here at Cedarlane RV Park in Port Clinton, Ohio, this past month - Our night security guard was hearing a constant "bang, bang, bang" noise that he couldn't identify. Finally, he saw the resident camp skunk lumbering along with his head stuck in a spaghetti sauce jar, stopping every few feet to bang it on the ground, trying to free himself! A couple of campers (possibly aided by liquid courage?) decided to help the skunk - one held the skunk's body down, and the other twisted, pulled, and finally, with much effort, freed the skunk from his partial prison! The campers gave wide berth, and as the skunk realized he was free, he stood up, shook himself, and sprayed! Luckily everyone had moved far enough away to avoid this pungent thank you message!

Loved your article! I think we have a resident skunk living under our deck. Sometimes at night I have to close the window if the fragrance gets too strong. Thanks for giving me your website.
